This place is awesome! The gym is clean, well ventilated and has lots of space. The instructors there are very knowledgeable, patient and kind. They take their time to teach a move and come around to give personal instruction to make sure you got it down. We then went into rolls where everyone pushed you to your limits but in a safe and controlled manner. The best thing about this gym though is the showers. Now, you have no excuse not to hit an early morning class, shower and then get to work. 10/10 would come again.

I have been training at Ares since 2018 and since the first day I came in as a newbie the owners and instructors have been professional and treated me with respect. There is great leadership at this school. When something is right they keep it going and if something is wrong they fix it. You can see how the whole team respects each other because of the culture they have created there.
